Cherry Lodge tailors each resident’s care to their specific needs and preferences. When a new resident chooses Cherry Lodge, Lisa Cemettre, Home Manager conducts an assessment to determine the level of care needed. We also talk to the resident and their family members about likes and dislikes, hobbies, their former career, and other personal preferences. All of this data is put into the resident’s Individualised Service Plan (ISP) to ensure a personalised experience. The CP is reviewed regularly and updated as needed so the care always reflects the resident’s current needs, even as it changes.
The Home is staffed 24 hours a day by our caring highly trained professional staff, many of whom have worked for us for many years, demonstrate their skills and commitment to our residents in a friendly caring manner.
